Safin Hotel & Spa

Located at Marina, Orikum, Vlorë, Albania, Safin Hotel & Spa is a hospitality development defined by structural clarity and controlled composition. The project is organized around a central courtyard where water establishes a fixed spatial focus, with the entire building arranged in relation to this core to create a clear and functional hierarchy of space.

The hotel features 70 rooms alongside a range of facilities including a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, steam room, sun terrace, and restaurant offering Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, creating a complete hospitality experience focused on comfort and relaxation.

The building exterior is defined by repetition and alignment, with balconies creating a continuous rhythm across the façade. Functional openings, stone surfaces, and landscaped outdoor areas shape a balanced relationship between structure, light, and use.

Set within the coastal and mountainous landscape of Orikum, the building stands as a distinct architectural presence, defined by geometry, material precision, and long-term durability.

Through its integration of hospitality, wellness, and thoughtful design, Safin Hotel & Spa reflects a balanced approach between architecture, nature, and guest experience.

Dekoll Industrial Park represents a key milestone in Brunes’ construction and materials ecosystem.

Located on the Durrës–Tiranë Highway, Durrës, Albania, the 80,000 m² industrial development brings together three distinct facilities: Dekoll, PintoColor, and Termax, each contributing specialized production capabilities within Brunes’ broader construction materials ecosystem.

Designed to support large-scale production and operational efficiency, the project combines advanced manufacturing technology with a focus on functionality, durability, and precise industrial execution.

The architecture prioritizes clean structural logic and practical flow, ensuring that every space serves a clear operational purpose, from production areas to storage and logistics.

With a production capacity of 75 tonnes per hour, the facility supports the manufacturing of a wide range of construction materials while meeting the demands of both local and international markets.
